Sanjay Dutt and Manyata have withdrawn their marriage declaration filed before the South Goa Sub Registrar.

Dutt's marriage to Manyata on February 7 ran into trouble after authorities in Goa sent a legal notice to Manyata, asking for proof of residence.



Adding to the controversy, was a petition filed by an accused lodged in Arthur Road jail, Meeraj-ur-Rehman, who claimed to be Manyata's legal husband.
