It is a known fact that Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra are not only professionally close but also the best of friends. Karan recently showed what a good friend he is to SRK and Aditya when he readily gave away dates which SRK had given him for ‘Khan’ to Aditya who will soon start shooting for his romantic film ‘Rab Ne Bana De Jodi’.

Aditya Chopra last directed a film in 2000, which was ‘Mohabbatein’. It seems that Karan was ready to start shooting for his upcoming film, ‘Khan’ , with SRK, whose dates he had from May onwards. Commenting on readily giving away SRK's dates to Aditya, Karan said Adi, SRK and he were thick friends. He added that he was very fond of Adi and is very excited about the fact that he is directing a film after so long. He says that star dates are a minor issue. He s thrilled about Adi's film than his and he gladly gave away the dates, he said. Karan still remembers the days when he assisted Aditya on the sets of his directorial debut, ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’. Karen had also acted in the film. Apparently, Kajol stars opposite SRK in ‘Khan’ while Aditya has finalized a 16-year old female lead opposite SRK for ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’.
